i have decided that I might as well make this my medical journal. So here goes:The memory loss:
Today I got up to take something, and after a few steps I forgot what it was.
The other day I opened my bag, I forgot what for. This has happened several times. Or, I wanted to take my phone, then I'll forget.
I opened my cupboard door and forgot what I wanted to take.
The twitching:
Started I think about three weeks ago. For a few days it didn't stop. Then the next week was fine. Now it's marginal.
Thumbs and wrist region twitch occasionally.
Foot has twitched before (right), thigh (left), area near chin (right).
Headaches are more often. at least once a week.

1) laptop bag
2) earphones for laptop
3) cleaning kit
